Desserts take flight on West Asheville’s newest patio!

Posted in WABA Member News

The West End Bakery & Café is hosting a Patio Party Saturday,  September 20 from 7-11 PM celebrating their newest renovation and featuring one of the hottest trends in the world of sweets —-Dessert Flights http://nrn.com/dessert-trends/dessert-flights-take.

Like a wine tasting, a Dessert Flight allows you to sample small portions of several varieties of treats experiencing multiple flavors and indulging all of your cravings. Can’t decide between cake and pie, pudding or cobbler? Now you can have a nibble of multiple sweets featuring seasonal ingredients created by West End Bakery’s Dessert Chef Meg Schearer, whose incredible talent and eye for presentation makes each plate a unique experience. All Flights go nicely with a steaming cup of Bean Werks locally roasted organic coffee or espresso or a sparkling glass of Cava.

Dessert Flights are served Friday & Saturday evenings from 6-11PM. At only $6 a plate, you can enjoy it all to yourself or share it with at loved one.

West Asheville is proud to offer more restaurant outdoor seating than any other neighborhood in town and now West End Bakery’s patio is covered so you can enjoy it more often rain or shine!

Bring the whole family to the Patio Party Saturday September 20 from 7-11PM and  join West End Bakery for live music, dessert samples, and take advantage of their recently expanded beer and wine selection.
