Starting on July 10, 2013 a construction crew from the Metropolitan Sewerage District will be mobilized to Craven Street to begin the sewer rehab and reroute in the area of the proposed storm-water pond of the former stockyard café site where the New Belgium Brewery will be constructed. This work will require a traffic detour in front of the bridge over the river. MSD plans to build and utilize a short gravel road for this detour. Construction work will be performed on Craven Street from Emma Road to Hazel Mill Road and traffic will be rerouted on the temporary construction road until the scheduled completion date of July 30, 2013 Construction is planned to start at 7:30 am and end by 5:00 pm daily.
