The construction process is complex and there will be dirt, trucks and noise. We will do our best to anticipate challenges and provide information on this page for the New Belgium site construction process. Thank you, in advance, for your patience.
Working Hours: Normal working hours will be Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some work on Saturdays will be required and that will also be scheduled 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
SITE UPDATES: May 13-18, 2013
Anticipated Neighborhood Traffic Impact:
- Week of May 13-18: None + No work is scheduled for Saturday, May 18
- Week of May 20-25: None anticipated as of today, will update as needed.
Anticipated Site Work Outlook for May 20-25:
- Continued deconstruction, salvage, demolition and recycling of existing buildings. The work will include mobilization of heavy equipment such as a mobile crane and a jack hammer to remove concrete.
- Off-site transport of salvage materials will require sporadic semi-trucks in the area.
