The Barleycorn will begin selling their highly-praised BACON JAM at BaconFest 2014. Highlighted on such dishes as Bangers & Colcannon, Welsh Rarebit, and the Michael Burger, the Barleycorn BACON JAM has quickly become a sought-after crowd favorite.

Event Details: The 2nd Annual BaconFest, presented by 105.9 the Mountain, will be held in the outdoor meadow at Highland Brewing on Saturday, August 30th from 12pm to 4pm. Particpating restaurants will give away sample dishes that attendees will vote on for various categories including “Best Savory Pork Dish” and “Most Creative Use of Pork”. Certain restaurants will also sell their products.
